Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the cake mix with oil, eggs, and vanilla extract.
  3. Mix well until everything is fully combined.
  4. For specific flavors, add in the corresponding ingredients (for example, use green food coloring for Grinch cookies or pumpkin puree for the Pumpkin varieties).
  5. Scoop spoonfuls of the cookie dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the cookies are lightly golden.
  7. Allow them to cool before serving.

Notes

Best enjoyed warm out of the oven with a glass of cold milk. Store in an airtight container for up to a week or freeze for longer storage.
