  • Fine sea salt, to taste
  • Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • 2-3 g Cajun seasoning, or to taste
  • Broccoli florets Quantity as desired
  • Alfredo sauce Quantity as desired
  • Pasta of your choice Quantity as desired

Preparation

  • Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • In a large skillet, season the chicken pieces with salt, pepper, and Cajun seasoning.
  • Heat a little oil in the skillet and cook the chicken until browned and cooked through.
  • Add the broccoli florets and sauté until tender.
  • Pour in the Alfredo sauce and bring to a simmer.
  • Add the cooked pasta and toss until well coated.
  • Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

For a spicier kick, consider adding diced jalapeños or a dash of hot sauce. For a vegetarian version, swap the chicken for sautéed mushrooms or tofu and use vegetable broth instead of chicken.
