  1. Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add the ground beef. Cook until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks.
  2. Drain any excess fat.
  3. Add the chopped onions and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook until the onions are soft and fragrant.
  4. Stir in the chopped cabbage. Cook for a few minutes until it begins to soften.
  5. Pour in the diced tomatoes and stir well. Let the mixture simmer for about 15 minutes, or until the cabbage reaches your desired tenderness.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
