Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients
  • 1 small small cabbage, chopped
  • 1 lb ground beef Can substitute with ground turkey or chicken.
  • 1 can diced tomatoes (15 oz)
  • 1 cup onions, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
Spices and Seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon bouillon powder Adjust seasoning as needed.
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper Adjust to taste.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned.
  2. Once the beef is cooked, toss in the chopped onions and minced garlic. Sauté until the onions become translucent.
  3. Stir in the chopped cabbage, diced tomatoes, bouillon powder, cumin, and cayenne pepper. Mix everything well.
Cooking
  1. Cover the skillet and let it cook for about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the cabbage is tender and flavors meld.
  2. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed before serving hot.

Notes

For a richer flavor, allow the ground beef to brown well before adding onions and garlic. Storage Tips: Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days or freeze for up to 3 months.
