  • 1 lb cooked chicken, shredded Can use rotisserie chicken for convenience.
  • 1 cup Alfredo sauce Feel free to swap for a different creamy sauce.
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese Add more cheese for a cheesier flavor.
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough Use a large roll for easy handling.
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted Brush over dough before adding seasonings.
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp Italian seasoning
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, Alfredo sauce, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, and minced garlic. Mix well to combine.
  3. Roll out the crescent roll dough onto a clean surface.
  4. Brush the melted butter over the dough.
  5. Sprinkle the garlic powder and Italian seasoning over the butter.
  6. Spread the chicken Alfredo mixture evenly over the dough.
  7. Starting from one end, roll the dough into a log.
  8. Cut the log into 1-inch slices and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Baking
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the rolls are golden brown and cooked through.

Notes

These rolls are best served warm. Pair them with a salad or steamed vegetables for a complete meal. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
