- In a mixing bowl, blend together the peanut butter, softened butter, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Gradually incorporate the powdered sugar into the mixture. Stir well until everything is combined flawlessly.
- With your hands, roll the mixture into small balls and place them onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Refrigerate the balls for about 30 minutes, allowing them to firm up.
- If desired, dip each ball in melted chocolate, then return them to the refrigerator to set.
Notes
Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week or frozen for up to three months, separated by parchment paper. For a twist, consider adding crushed candy bars or a hint of sea salt.
