For the Filling

  • 2 cups Shredded chicken Use rotisserie chicken for convenience.
  • 8 oz Cream cheese Softened for easier mixing.
  • 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese Feel free to substitute with other cheeses.
  • 1/2 cup Buffalo wing sauce Adjust according to spice preference.

For the Roll-Ups

  • 2 cans Crescent rolls Follow package instructions for baking.
  • 2 tbsp Butter Melted, for brushing on top.

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven according to the crescent roll package instructions.
  • In a bowl, mix together the shredded chicken, cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, and buffalo wing sauce until well combined.
  • Unroll the crescent rolls and place a generous amount of the chicken mixture on each triangle.
  • Roll them up starting from the wide end and place them on a baking sheet.
  • Brush the tops with melted butter.

Baking

  • Bake according to crescent roll package instructions or until golden brown.
  • Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauces.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 2-3 days. Reheat in the oven to maintain crispness. For extra flavor, sprinkle some green onions or chives on top before serving.
