  • 1/3 cup 1/3 cup hot buffalo sauce
  • 1 block (8 oz) 1 block (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup 1/2 cup ranch or blue cheese dressing
  • 1 cup 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tablespoon 1 tablespoon butter

Chicken and Garnish

  • 2 cups 2 cups cooked shredded chicken Use rotisserie chicken for quicker preparation.
  • Chopped green onions for garnish

Preparation

  • Cook the pasta according to package instructions; once cooked, drain it thoroughly.
  • In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter.
  • Add the buffalo sauce and cream cheese to the skillet, stirring until smooth.
  • Incorporate the ranch or blue cheese dressing and mix well.
  • Fold in the shredded chicken and cooked pasta, ensuring everything is well-coated.
  • Stir in the mozzarella and cheddar cheese until melted and creamy.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste, and garnish with chopped green onions before serving.

Baking Option

  • For a baked version, transfer the mixture to a baking dish, top it with extra cheese, and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 15–20 minutes until bubbly.
