Preparation

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter, cream cheese, vanilla, and salt until smooth.
  • Gradually mix in the powdered sugar until fully incorporated.
  • Form the mixture into small balls and place them on a lined baking sheet.
  • Chill the balls in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.

Coating

  • In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the dark chocolate chips and vegetable oil together until smooth.
  • Dip each chilled peanut butter ball into the melted chocolate, covering it completely.
  • Return to the baking sheet and refrigerate until the chocolate sets.
