Ingredients
  

For the fudge base
  • 3 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon bubblegum flavoring Can swap with other favorite flavors.
  • 1/2 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1/4 cup colorful sprinkles Plus more for topping.
  • to taste pink food coloring Optional

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Line an 8-inch square baking pan with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal.
  2. In a medium saucepan, mix together the white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk over low heat.
  3. Stir continuously until the chocolate chips are melted and the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in bubblegum flavoring until well blended.
  5. If desired, add pink food coloring, mixing until evenly combined.
  6. Gently fold in mini marshmallows and half of the colorful sprinkles.
  7. Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
  8. Sprinkle the remaining colorful sprinkles on top.
  9. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set.
  10. Once firm, lift the fudge out using the parchment and cut into small squares.
