Preparation
- Line an 8-inch square baking pan with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal.
- In a medium saucepan, mix together the white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk over low heat.
- Stir continuously until the chocolate chips are melted and the mixture is smooth and creamy.
- Remove from heat and stir in bubblegum flavoring until well blended.
- If desired, add pink food coloring, mixing until evenly combined.
- Gently fold in mini marshmallows and half of the colorful sprinkles.
- Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
- Sprinkle the remaining colorful sprinkles on top.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set.
- Once firm, lift the fudge out using the parchment and cut into small squares.
