  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cup sunflower seeds Consider toasting for added crunch.
  • 1 tablespoon honey Adjust based on your taste preference.
  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the broccoli florets, red onion, dried cranberries, and sunflower seeds.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, honey, apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  • Pour the dressing over the broccoli mixture and toss until everything is coated evenly.
  • Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

To keep your Broccoli Salad fresh, store it in an airtight container in the refrigerator. It can last for about 3-5 days. Reheating isn't necessary, but if you prefer it warm, gently stir it in a pan over low heat. Freezing is not recommended, as the texture of the broccoli and dressing can be affected.
