Ingredients
  

For the Tartlets
  • 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
  • 1 egg (for brushing) Beaten for egg wash
  • 1 tbsp flour (for dusting)
  • Creamy brie cheese to taste Layer generously on each tartlet
  • Cranberry sauce to taste Add spoonful on top of brie
  • Chopped pistachios to taste Sprinkle on top for garnish

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface and cut it into desired shapes for tartlets.
  3. Place the pastry on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Brush the edges of the pastry with the beaten egg.
  5. Add a layer of brie cheese on each tartlet, followed by a spoonful of cranberry sauce.
  6. Sprinkle chopped pistachios on top.
  7. Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes or until the pastry is golden and flaky.
  8. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days. Reheat at 350°F (175°C) for about 5-10 minutes. For longer storage, freeze unbaked tartlets wrapped tightly.
