Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface and cut it into desired shapes for tartlets.
- Place the pastry on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush the edges of the pastry with the beaten egg.
- Add a layer of brie cheese on each tartlet, followed by a spoonful of cranberry sauce.
- Sprinkle chopped pistachios on top.
- Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes or until the pastry is golden and flaky.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days. Reheat at 350°F (175°C) for about 5-10 minutes. For longer storage, freeze unbaked tartlets wrapped tightly.
