Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a bundt pan.
  • In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  • Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
  • Stir in the milk and vanilla extract.
  • In another bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
  • Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  • Gently fold in any optional add-ins like chocolate chips or berries.
  • Pour the batter into the prepared bundt pan, spreading it evenly.

Baking

  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 45-50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  • Allow to cool for about 10 minutes in the pan before inverting onto a serving plate.

Notes
