Ingredients
  

For the crust

  • 1.5 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 0.5 cups melted butter
  • 2 tablespoons sugar

For the cream cheese layer

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened Soften for easier mixing.
  • 1 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 8 oz whipped topping (like Cool Whip) Additional whipped topping will be used later.

For the topping

  • 21 oz can of blueberry pie filling
  • 8 oz whipped topping (additional) For spreading on top.
  • Crushed graham cracker crumbs for garnish Optional for decoration.

Instructions
 

Making the Crust

  • In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press this mixture into the bottom of a 9×9 or 9×13 dish.
  • Chill in the fridge for 10–15 minutes to set.

Making the Cream Cheese Layer

  • In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.
  • Add powdered sugar and vanilla, then beat until creamy.
  • Fold in whipped topping and mix until well combined.
  • Spread this mixture over the chilled crust.

Adding the Blueberry Layer

  • Carefully spread the blueberry pie filling over the cream cheese layer.

Adding Final Whipped Topping

  • Spread the additional whipped topping over the top.
  • Sprinkle crushed graham cracker crumbs on top for garnish if desired.

Chilling the Dessert

  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight for the best results.

Notes

Store any leftovers in the refrigerator, covered to keep fresh. Best enjoyed within the first couple of days.
