Ingredients
  

Crust

  • 1.5 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 0.5 cups melted butter
  • 2 tablespoons sugar

Filling

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 8 oz whipped topping (such as Cool Whip)
  • 21 oz blueberry pie filling
  • 8 oz whipped topping (additional)
  • Crushed graham cracker crumbs for garnish (optional)

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar until well mixed.
  • Press this mixture into the bottom of a greased 9-inch pie dish to form the crust.

Filling

  • In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  • Gently fold in the whipped topping.
  • Pour this mixture over the crust and smooth the top.
  • Spread the blueberry pie filling evenly over the cream cheese layer.
  • Top with additional whipped topping and garnish with crushed graham cracker crumbs if desired.
  • Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.

Notes

Serve Blueberry Delight cold and consider adding extra blueberries or mint leaves for garnish. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Feel free to swap out the blueberry pie filling for your favorite fruit filling.
