Ingredients
  

Blueberry Mixture

  • 2 cups fresh blueberries
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Crisp Topping

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the blueberries, granulated sugar, and lemon juice. Spread the mixture evenly in a greased baking dish.
  • In another bowl, mix the oats, flour, brown sugar, melted butter, cinnamon, and salt until crumbly.
  • Sprinkle the oat mixture over the blueberries.

Baking

  • Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the topping is golden brown and the blueberries are bubbling.

Serving

  • Serve warm, optionally with ice cream or whipped cream.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days. Reheat in the oven or microwave before serving.
