Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the Brie, cream cheese, honey, and black pepper. Mix until smooth and creamy.
  3. Spoon the cheese mixture into each jalapeño half, filling them generously.
  4. Top each popper with a few fresh blueberries for that burst of flavor.
  5. Arrange the stuffed jalapeños on your prepared baking sheet.
Baking
  1. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the jalapeños are tender and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  2. Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh thyme, if desired.

Notes

These poppers can be paired with a salad or a vegetable platter. For leftovers, store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days. Reheat in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 10 minutes. You can freeze them before baking, just add extra time when baking from frozen. Consider adding bacon or swapping blueberries for diced strawberries for variations.
