Ingredients
  

For the sandwich

  • 3 teaspoons blueberry jam or blueberry pie filling
  • 1/8 cup Brie cheese, cut into slices Use fresh, high-quality Brie for optimal flavor.
  • 2 slices classic white bread You can experiment with different types of bread like sourdough or whole grain.
  • 3 teaspoons softened salted butter

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Rub the softened butter over one side of every bread slice, getting all the way to the edges.
  • Stack the Brie and blueberry jam on the plain side of a bread slice and place the second slice on top, butter-side out.

Cooking

  • Warm up a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
  • Place the sandwich in the skillet and cook each side for 2 to 3 minutes until golden and the Brie is gooey.
  • Lift out the sandwich, slice it in two, and enjoy right away while it’s hot.

Notes
