Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to create a large circle.
- Spread marinara sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
- Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
- Layer the sliced pepperoni on top of the cheese.
- In a small bowl, mix together minced garlic, olive oil, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Brush this garlic mixture generously over the pepperoni layer.
- Roll the pizza dough tightly into a wheel shape, starting from one end.
- Place the dough wheel on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Baking
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the dough is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
- Slice and serve hot. Enjoy!
Notes
Store leftovers wrapped in plastic wrap or aluminum foil in the fridge for up to three days. Reheat at 350°F for about 10 minutes.
