  • 8 oz Elbow macaroni Cook according to package instructions.
  • 1 cup Mild cheddar cheese Shredded.
  • 1 cup Sharp cheddar cheese Shredded.
  • 1 cup Monterey Jack cheese Shredded.
  • 1 cup Velveeta cheese Cut into cubes.
  • 1 cup Muenster cheese Shredded.
  • 1/4 cup Butter Melted.
  • 2 cups Half and half Or use milk for a lighter option.
  • 2 large Eggs Beaten.

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Cook the elbow macaroni according to package instructions until al dente, then drain.
  • In a large saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
  • Stir in the half and half.
  • Beat the eggs in a separate bowl and gradually whisk them into the half and half mixture.
  • Add all the cheeses and stir until melted and smooth.
  • Combine the cheese sauce with the cooked macaroni, mixing well.
  • Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.

Baking

  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes or until bubbly and golden on top.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

You can personalize the recipe by adding cooked bacon, vegetables, or experimenting with different pasta shapes. For a crispy topping, sprinkle breadcrumbs and extra cheese before baking.
