  • 1 lb Ground beef
  • 2 cups Potatoes, diced
  • 1 medium Onion, diced
  • 1 medium Bell pepper, diced
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 cup Fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)

Instructions
 

Cooking

  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  • Add diced potatoes and cook until crispy and golden, about 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove and set aside.
  • In the same skillet, add ground beef and cook until browned. Drain excess fat.
  • Add onion, bell pepper, and garlic to the skillet. Cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
  • Stir in Worcestershire sauce, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • Return the potatoes to the skillet and toss everything together.
  • Cook for an additional 5 minutes, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve hot.

Notes

For a spicy kick, add jalapeƱos or crushed red pepper flakes. For a healthier twist, substitute ground turkey or chicken for beef. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for up to three days.
