  • 1 lb pulled pork Use your favorite BBQ sauce
  • 1 bag frozen fries Cook according to package instructions
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese For topping
  • 1/2 cup BBQ sauce For mixing with pulled pork

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven according to the instructions on the frozen fries package.
  2. Cook the fries in the oven according to package directions until they’re golden and crispy.
  3. Meanwhile, heat the pulled pork in a skillet over medium heat and stir in the BBQ sauce until warmed through.
Assembly
  1. Once the fries are crispy, remove them from the oven and sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese generously over the top.
  2. Return the fries to the oven and bake for an additional 2-3 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbling.
  3. Remove from the oven and layer the BBQ pulled pork, diced red onions, diced tomatoes, sliced jalapeños, sour cream, and chopped cilantro on top.

Notes

Best served hot. Pair with guacamole or salsa for an extra kick. You can also swap pulled pork for shredded chicken or smoked tofu.
