Ingredients
  

For the Fries
  • 1 lb frozen french fries Feel free to use homemade fries.
For the BBQ Sauce
  • 1/2 cup BBQ sauce Use your favorite BBQ sauce.
For the Garlic Butter Sauce
  • 1/4 cup melted butter Melted for easy mixing.
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced Adds flavor to the butter.
Seasoning
  • to taste Salt For seasoning fries.
  • to taste Pepper For seasoning fries.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven according to the frozen french fries package instructions.
  2. Spread the fries on a baking sheet and bake them until crispy and golden brown, usually following package directions.
Sauce Preparation
  1. While the fries are baking, heat the BBQ sauce over low heat until warmed through in a small saucepan.
  2. In another saucepan, melt the butter and sauté the minced garlic until aromatic and lightly browned.
Assembly
  1. Once your fries are fully baked, remove them from the oven and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Divide the fries into two portions. Drizzle one portion with the BBQ sauce and the other with the garlic butter sauce. Toss well to coat each fry evenly.
  3. Serve hot and enjoy the delicious showdown between Team BBQ and Team Garlic Butter!

Notes

For extra crispy fries, spray with cooking oil before baking. Add smoked paprika or cayenne for a kick. Make double sauces for future fry nights.
