Preparation

  • Start by placing 1 cup of mayonnaise in a bowl.
  • Stir in 2 tablespoons of sriracha and taste; add more if you prefer it spicier.
  • Add 1 tablespoon of honey or maple syrup for sweetness.
  • Pour in 1 teaspoon of rice vinegar for acidity.
  • Mix in 1 minced clove of garlic or garlic powder.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste and adjust if needed.
  • Let the sauce chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

For a lighter version, substitute Greek yogurt for mayonnaise. A vegan option can be made using plant-based mayonnaise.
