  • 1/2 cup salted butter Softened
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 1 cup ripe bananas Mashed
  • 1/3 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 unit egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 2 bananas sliced for topping

  • 1 3/4 cup coconut milk
  • 3/4 cup vanilla yogurt
  • 1/3 cup old-fashioned oats
  • 1 cup ice
  • 2 tbsp agave
  • 1/4 cup banana cream pudding mix
  • 3/4 cup butter Softened
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 4 bananas mashed
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup buttermilk
  • 1 cup pecans
  • 1 1/2 cups brown sugar
  • 3/4 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 3 tsp baking powder
  • mini chocolate chips

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan or muffin tin.
  • In a mixing bowl, cream together the butter and sugars until they are light and fluffy.
  • Add the eggs and mashed bananas to the mixture, mixing until everything is well combined.
  • Stir in the Greek yogurt and vanilla extract.
  • In a separate bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
  • Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing until just combined.
  • Fold in the chocolate chips and pecans, if desired.
  • Pour the batter into your prepared loaf pan or muffin tin.

Baking

  • Bake for 25-30 minutes for muffins or about 60 minutes for a loaf of banana bread, until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  • Allow the bread to cool before removing it from the pan.

Serving

  • Serve warm or at room temperature.
  • Slice it thinly and serve with butter or cream cheese spread.
  • Pair it with a cup of tea or coffee for a cozy snack.

Notes

To keep your Banana Bread Delights fresh, wrap it tightly in plastic wrap or aluminum foil. Store it at room temperature for up to 3 days. If you want to keep it longer, you can freeze it.
