Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • In a large bowl, toss the potato wedges with olive oil, salt, and garlic powder until well coated.
  • Spread the wedges in a single layer on a baking sheet.

Baking

  • Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown, flipping halfway through.
  • In the last 5 minutes of baking, sprinkle the shredded parmesan cheese over the wedges.
  • Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
