Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • In a bowl, toss the potato wedges with olive oil, salt, and garlic powder until evenly coated.
  • Spread the wedges in a single layer on a baking sheet.

Baking

  • Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
  • Remove from the oven and sprinkle with shredded parmesan cheese.
  • Return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes to melt the cheese.

Notes
