Potato Wedges
  • 3-4 large large russet potatoes, sliced into wedges
Seasoning & Oil
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
Cheese Topping
  • 1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese Use fresh parmesan for a richer taste.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a large bowl, toss the potato wedges with olive oil, salt, and garlic powder until evenly coated.
  3. Arrange the wedges in a single layer on a baking sheet.
Baking
  1. Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy and golden brown.
  2. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with shredded parmesan cheese.
  3. Return to the oven for another 5 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Notes

For extra crispiness, soak the potato wedges in cold water for 30 minutes before baking. They pair well with dipping sauces like ranch or aioli.
