Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • In a large bowl, toss the potato wedges with olive oil, salt, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning until well coated.
  • Spread the wedges evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden and crispy, flipping halfway through.
  • Remove from the oven and sprinkle with shredded parmesan cheese.
  • Return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes until the cheese is melted.
  • Serve hot.

Notes
