Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked shredded chicken, cream cheese, shredded cheese, salsa, ground cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Lay out the tortillas and place a portion of the filling on each. Roll them up tightly.
- Arrange the taquitos on a baking sheet, seam side down.
Cooking
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the tortillas are golden and crispy.
Notes
Serve Baked Cream Cheese Chicken Taquitos with guacamole or sour cream for dipping. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days. To freeze, arrange raw taquitos on a baking sheet to freeze individually before transferring to a freezer bag.
