Preparation
- In a mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of peanut butter and 2 cups of powdered sugar until the mixture is smooth.
- Gently stir in 3 cups of Rice Krispies cereal until they are fully coated.
- Add 1 cup of chocolate chips and 1 cup of white chocolate chips, folding them into the mixture carefully.
- Using a spoon, drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Refrigerate the cookies for about 30 minutes, or until they are set.
Notes
These cookies are best enjoyed fresh out of the fridge. You can stack them in a glass jar for presentation or serve them with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
