  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 3 cups Rice Krispies cereal
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of peanut butter and 2 cups of powdered sugar until the mixture is smooth.
  2. Gently stir in 3 cups of Rice Krispies cereal until they are fully coated.
  3. Add 1 cup of chocolate chips and 1 cup of white chocolate chips, folding them into the mixture carefully.
  4. Using a spoon, drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Refrigerate the cookies for about 30 minutes, or until they are set.

Notes

These cookies are best enjoyed fresh out of the fridge. You can stack them in a glass jar for presentation or serve them with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
