Dressing Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup Use maple syrup for a vegan option
  • 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice

Preparation

  • In a large bowl, combine the green and red cabbage, carrots, bell pepper, green onions, and cilantro.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together all the dressing ingredients until smooth and well blended.

  • Garnish with toasted sesame seeds if desired.
  • Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 2 hours for enhanced flavor.

Notes
