  • 1 can (14 oz) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 each lemon, zest and juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • to taste paprika, for topping

Preparation

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease an 8-inch baking dish.
  • In a bowl, combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, garlic, lemon zest, and juice. Mix until smooth.
  • Fold in chopped artichoke hearts, mozzarella, Parmesan, and black pepper. Stir until evenly blended.
  • Spread mixture into the prepared baking dish. Top with a sprinkle of mozzarella and paprika.

Baking

  • Bake for 20–25 minutes until hot and golden brown.
  • Let cool slightly, then serve with crackers, chips, or vegetables.

Notes

For a healthier alternative, substitute Greek yogurt for sour cream. For a spicy kick, add a pinch of cayenne pepper. Mix in sautéed spinach for added nutrition and flavor.
