- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, and season with salt and pepper. Make sure everything is mixed evenly.

Glaze Preparation
- Meanwhile, in a small saucepan over medium heat, whisk together the apricot preserves, whiskey, soy sauce, and Dijon mustard. Stir until the mixture is heated through and smooth.
- Once baked, toss the meatballs in the glaze until they are thoroughly coated.
Serving
- Serve warm, garnished with chopped green onions for a pop of color and flavor.
