Flatbread Ingredients

  • 1 piece flatbread or naan (about 8–10 in / 20–25 cm)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil To brush the flatbread
  • 1 small apple, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 2 tbsp chopped walnuts
  • 1/2 tsp fresh rosemary, finely chopped For garnishing
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup For drizzling
  • a pinch sea salt (optional)

Instructions
 

Preparation and Baking

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and place flatbread on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  • Brush the flatbread lightly with olive oil.
  • Arrange apple slices evenly over the flatbread.
  • Sprinkle with feta, walnuts, and rosemary.
  • Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until the edges are crisp and the feta is lightly golden.
  • Remove from oven and drizzle with honey or maple syrup.
  • Slice and serve warm, garnished with an extra touch of rosemary or a pinch of salt.

Notes

For an amazing meal experience, serve with a crisp side salad or pair with a hearty soup. If storing leftovers, use an airtight container for up to three days. To reheat, place in the oven at a low temperature.
