  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese Consider using different types of cheese for varied flavor profiles.
  • 8 oz angel hair pasta, cooked and drained Ensure the pasta is only slightly undercooked before mixing it in.
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, cooking until softened.
  • Stir in the cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, Worcestershire sauce, and cooked angel hair pasta until well combined.
  • Transfer the mixture into a greased casserole dish.
  • Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Serving
