  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese divided
  • 8 oz angel hair pasta, cooked and drained
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a skillet, cook the ground beef, chopped onion, and minced garlic over medium heat until the beef is browned and the onion is translucent. Drain excess fat.
  • Stir in the cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, Worcestershire sauce, and 1/2 cup of cheddar cheese until well combined.
  • Add the cooked angel hair pasta and mix until evenly coated.
  • Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish and top with the remaining cheddar cheese.

Baking

  • Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  • Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

For serving, pair with a crisp green salad or steamed vegetables. Garlic bread is also a great side. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days. For freezing, ensure well-covered; can last up to 3 months.
