Preparation
- Set your air fryer to 400°F and let it preheat for 3 to 5 minutes.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice.
- Brush this mixture generously over the salmon fillets.
- Lightly grease the air fryer basket or line it with parchment paper.
- Place the salmon fillets skin-side down in the basket, making sure they are not touching.
Cooking
- Air fry at 400°F for 8 to 10 minutes or until the fish flakes easily and reaches 145°F internally.
- Sprinkle with chopped herbs and an extra squeeze of lemon juice.
Notes
Serve with side of steamed vegetables or a light salad. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days, or freeze for up to 2 months.
