Ingredients
  

Main ingredients
  • 2 pieces Salmon Fillets, skin-on preferred 6 ounces each
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Dill or Parsley, chopped

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Set your air fryer to 400°F and let it preheat for 3 to 5 minutes.
  2. In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice.
  3. Brush this mixture generously over the salmon fillets.
  4. Lightly grease the air fryer basket or line it with parchment paper.
  5. Place the salmon fillets skin-side down in the basket, making sure they are not touching.
Cooking
  1. Air fry at 400°F for 8 to 10 minutes or until the fish flakes easily and reaches 145°F internally.
  2. Sprinkle with chopped herbs and an extra squeeze of lemon juice.

Notes

Serve with side of steamed vegetables or a light salad. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days, or freeze for up to 2 months.
