  • 2 pieces Salmon Fillets, skin-on preferred 6 ounces each
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Dill or Parsley, chopped

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Set your air fryer to 400°F and let it preheat for 3 to 5 minutes.
  2. In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
  3. Brush this mixture generously over the salmon fillets.
  4. Lightly grease the air fryer basket or line it with parchment paper.
  5. Place the salmon fillets skin-side down in the basket, making sure they are not touching.
Cooking
  1. Air fry at 400°F for 8 to 10 minutes.
  2. The fish should flake easily and reach 145°F internally.
  3. Sprinkle with chopped herbs and an extra squeeze of lemon juice.
  4. Serve hot with your favorite sides.

Notes

To store leftover Air Fryer Salmon, refrigerate it in an airtight container for up to 3 days. When reheating, use the air fryer or microwave until heated through. For freezing, wrap tightly in plastic wrap and store in a freezer bag for up to 2 months.
