Ingredients
  

Dough and Fillings
  • 1 can biscuit dough
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup pepperoni slices
  • 1/4 cup pizza sauce
Seasonings
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • to taste cooking spray For air fryer basket

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out each biscuit dough and flatten it slightly.
  3. Place some mozzarella cheese, pepperoni slices, and a small spoonful of pizza sauce in the center of each biscuit.
  4. Fold the dough around the filling and pinch to seal.
  5. Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
  6. Arrange the pizza bombs in a single layer in the basket.
Cooking
  1. Air fry for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown.

Notes

For a complete meal, serve Air Fryer Pizza Bombs with a side salad or marinara sauce for dipping. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to three days, or freeze unbaked pizza bombs.
