  • 1 teaspoon Paprika Adds warmth and color to the crust.

Preparation

  • Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 5 minutes.
  • Set up bowls with flour mix, beaten eggs, and breadcrumbs.
  • Lightly grease the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
  • Dredge fish in flour, dip in egg, and coat with breadcrumbs.
  • Toss fries with salt and oil spray.

Cooking

  • Air fry fries for 15–20 minutes, shaking halfway.
  • Air fry fish for 10–12 minutes, flipping once.
  • Garnish with chopped parsley and an optional squeeze of lemon.
  • Serve hot with tartar sauce or your preferred dip.

Notes

For extra crunch, double dip your fish: coat it in flour, dip in egg, then coat in breadcrumbs, and repeat. Experiment with seasonings by adding garlic powder or lemon zest to the flour mixture. Ensure your fish is patted dry before breading to help the coating stick better. Don’t overcrowd the air fryer basket; cook in batches for even results. Keep an eye on cooking times, as different air fryer models may vary slightly in temperature accuracy.
