  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs (Panko preferred) Adds crunch and texture to the fish coating.
  • 2 Eggs Beaten; helps the breadcrumbs adhere properly.
  • ½ cup Flour Base layer that ensures the coating sticks.
  • 1 teaspoon Salt Brings out all the savory flavors.
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper Adds a mild spice kick.
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika Adds warmth and color to the crust.
  • Cooking Spray As needed; helps achieve crispiness in the air fryer.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 5 minutes.
  2. Set up bowls with flour mix, beaten eggs, and breadcrumbs.
  3. Lightly grease the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
  4. Dredge fish in flour, dip in egg, and coat with breadcrumbs.
  5. Toss fries with salt and cooking spray for added crispness.
Cooking
  1. Air fry fries for 15–20 minutes, shaking halfway through.
  2. Air fry fish for 10–12 minutes, flipping once midway.
Serving
  1. Garnish with chopped parsley and a squeeze of lemon, if desired.
  2. Serve hot with tartar sauce or your preferred dip.

Notes

If you have leftovers, store the fish and fries in an airtight container in the fridge for up to two days. For reheating, place them back in the air fryer for a few minutes to restore their crispiness. If you wish to freeze, the fish and fries can be frozen together in freezer-safe bags for up to one month.
