Ingredients
  

Dry Ingredients

  • 1 2/3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda

Wet Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup salted sweet cream butter Should be softened to room temperature.
  • 1/3 cup dark brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1 large egg

Chocolate Chips

  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips You can substitute with milk or dark chocolate chips.

Preparation

  • Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a bowl, mix together the flour and baking soda.
  • In another bowl, cream the butter, dark brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth.
  • Add the egg and vanilla extract to the butter mixture, stirring until well combined.
  • Gradually mix in the dry ingredients until just combined.
  • Fold in the chocolate chips.

Cooking

  • Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of the dough and place them in the air fryer basket, leaving space between each cookie.
  • Air fry for about 8-10 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
  • Let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Best enjoyed warm with a glass of milk or a scoop of ice cream. Store leftovers in an airtight container for 3-5 days or freeze for up to 3 months. Don’t overmix the dough for softer cookies.
