Ingredients
  

For the Cookie Dough

  • 1⅔ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ cup salted sweet cream butter, softened Make sure the butter is at room temperature for easier mixing.
  • cup dark brown sugar
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips Feel free to swap with milk chocolate or white chocolate chips.

Preparation

  • In a mixing bowl, cream together the butter, dark brown sugar, and granulated sugar.
  • Add the egg and vanilla extract, and mix until well combined.
  • In another bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour and baking soda.
  • Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing until just combined.
  • Fold in the chocolate chips.

Cooking

  • Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  • Scoop dough onto parchment paper and place in the air fryer basket.
  • Air fry for about 8-10 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

These cookies are best served warm. You can pair them with milk or vanilla ice cream. Store them in an airtight container at room temperature for up to one week or freeze them for up to three months.
