Preparation
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 3–5 minutes.
- Rub both sides of the chicken breasts with olive oil. Sprinkle with garlic powder, salt, and black pepper, coating both sides evenly.
Cooking
- Place the chicken breasts in the air fryer basket in a single layer; do not overcrowd.
- Cook the chicken at 375°F (190°C) for 18–20 minutes, flipping halfway through. Ensure the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) using a meat thermometer.
- Once cooked, remove the chicken from the air fryer and let it rest for a few minutes to retain juices.
Serving
- Serve with your favorite sides, such as roasted vegetables, rice, or a fresh salad.
Notes
Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3-4 days. To reheat, use the air fryer or microwave. For longer storage, freeze cooked chicken for up to 3 months.
