  • 2 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • Fresh herbs (optional) Use fresh herbs for added flavor.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 3–5 minutes.
  2. Rub both sides of the chicken breasts with olive oil. Sprinkle with garlic powder, salt, and black pepper, coating both sides evenly.
Cooking
  1. Place the chicken breasts in the air fryer basket in a single layer; do not overcrowd.
  2. Cook the chicken at 375°F (190°C) for 18–20 minutes, flipping halfway through. Ensure the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) using a meat thermometer.
  3. Once cooked, remove the chicken from the air fryer and let it rest for a few minutes to retain juices.
Serving
  1. Serve with your favorite sides, such as roasted vegetables, rice, or a fresh salad.

Notes

Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3-4 days. To reheat, use the air fryer or microwave. For longer storage, freeze cooked chicken for up to 3 months.
