Preparation
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 3–5 minutes.
- Rub both sides of the chicken breasts with olive oil. Sprinkle with garlic powder, salt, and black pepper, making sure both sides are evenly coated.
Cooking
- Place the chicken breasts in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Don't overcrowd the basket for the best results.
- Cook the chicken at 375°F (190°C) for 18–20 minutes, flipping halfway through. Use a meat thermometer to check for an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
- Once cooked, remove the chicken from the air fryer and let it rest for a few minutes to lock in the juices.

Serve with sides like roasted vegetables, rice, or salad. Store leftovers in an airtight container for 3-4 days or freeze for up to 3 months.
