  • 2 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tbsp olive oil For coating the chicken
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt Adjust to taste

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 3–5 minutes.
  2. Rub both sides of the chicken breasts with olive oil. Sprinkle with garlic powder, salt, and black pepper, making sure both sides are evenly coated.
Cooking
  1. Place the chicken breasts in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Don't overcrowd the basket for the best results.
  2. Cook the chicken at 375°F (190°C) for 18–20 minutes, flipping halfway through. Use a meat thermometer to check for an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  3. Once cooked, remove the chicken from the air fryer and let it rest for a few minutes to lock in the juices.

Notes

Serve with sides like roasted vegetables, rice, or salad. Store leftovers in an airtight container for 3-4 days or freeze for up to 3 months.
