- Rub both sides of the chicken breasts with olive oil, then sprinkle with garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Place the chicken breasts in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
Cooking
- Cook the chicken at 375°F (190°C) for 18–20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Check for an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
- Once cooked, remove the chicken from the air fryer and let it rest for a few minutes.
Serving
- Serve with your favorite sides such as roasted vegetables, rice, or a fresh salad.
Notes
For best results, ensure chicken breasts are similar in size and do not skip the resting time after cooking. Feel free to experiment with seasonings.
