Preparation
  1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 3–5 minutes.
  2. Rub both sides of the chicken breasts with olive oil, then sprinkle with garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Place the chicken breasts in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
Cooking
  1. Cook the chicken at 375°F (190°C) for 18–20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  2. Check for an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  3. Once cooked, remove the chicken from the air fryer and let it rest for a few minutes.

Notes

For best results, ensure chicken breasts are similar in size and do not skip the resting time after cooking. Feel free to experiment with seasonings.
