  • 1 can Cherry pie filling Can be homemade or store-bought.

Wrapper Components

  • 6 pieces Egg roll wrappers Provides the ideal base that crisps up beautifully.
  • as needed spray Oil spray To achieve the perfect golden color.

Preparation

  • In a mixing bowl, blend together the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.

Assembly

  • Place a tablespoon of the cream cheese mixture in the center of an egg roll wrapper.
  • Add a spoonful of cherry pie filling on top.
  • Fold the wrapper over the filling, tuck in the sides, and roll tightly to secure.

Cooking

  • Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  • Spray the rolls lightly with oil spray and place them in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  • Cook for about 8-10 minutes, turning halfway through for an even golden finish.
  • Once they are crispy and golden brown, remove them and allow to cool slightly before serving.

Notes

For an elevated experience, dust with powdered sugar or drizzle with melted chocolate. Avoid overcrowding the air fryer for even cooking.
