Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 pound Fresh Brussels sprouts Trimmed and halved
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil Can substitute with melted butter or avocado oil
  • 1 teaspoon Sea salt Adjust to taste
  • to taste Black pepper Add according to preference

Optional Additions

  • 1 clove Minced garlic For added flavor
  • to taste Balsamic vinegar Optional drizzle before serving
  • to taste Parmesan cheese Grated, for serving

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Trim the ends of the Brussels sprouts and remove any yellow or wilted leaves.
  • Cut the sprouts in half to allow them to cook evenly.

Mixing

  • In a large mixing bowl, drizzle the halved Brussels sprouts with olive oil and sprinkle with sea salt and black pepper.
  • If using garlic or additional seasonings, add them now.
  • Toss everything together until the Brussels sprouts are well coated.

Cooking

  • Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 5 minutes.
  • Add the Brussels sprouts in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  • Cook for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even cooking.

Serving

  • Once they’re crispy, you can add a splash of balsamic vinegar or sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top.
  • Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

For extra crunch, ensure the sprouts are completely dry before oiling. You can cook in batches if necessary.
