  • 2 medium medium potatoes, peeled and sliced
Seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Preparation
  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Slice the potatoes evenly into thin rounds or wedges.
  3. In a bowl, toss the slices with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder (if using).
Cooking
  1. Place the potato slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket, being careful not to overcrowd them.
  2. Insert the basket into the air fryer and set the timer.
  3. Air fry the chips for 15-20 minutes, tossing halfway through for even cooking.
  4. Once done, remove from the air fryer, taste for seasoning, and add extra salt or seasoning if needed.
Serving
  1. Serve immediately while hot and crispy, with your favorite dipping sauce.

Notes

For best results, use a mandoline slicer for uniform thickness. Soaking the potato slices in cold water for 30 minutes before air frying can enhance crispiness. Experiment with different seasonings for a personalized touch. If storing leftovers, keep them in an airtight container and reheat in the air fryer for crispiness.
