Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Slice the potatoes evenly into thin rounds or wedges.
  3. In a bowl, toss the potato slices with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder (if using).
Cooking
  1. Place the potato slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Avoid overcrowding.
  2. Air fry the chips for 15-20 minutes, tossing halfway through for even cooking.
  3. Once they are golden and crispy, remove from the air fryer and taste for seasoning.
  4. Serve immediately while they’re hot and crispy, with your favorite dipping sauce.

Notes

For optimal crispiness, avoid overcrowding the air fryer basket and consider pre-soaking the sliced potatoes to remove excess starch.
