Dip Ingredients

  • 32 oz canned refried beans
  • 1.5 cups mild guacamole For best flavor, use homemade guacamole if possible.
  • 2 cups sour cream Mixed with taco seasoning.
  • 1 oz mild taco seasoning
  • 16 oz chunky mild salsa
  • 2 cups shredded lettuce
  • 2 cups fiesta blend cheese Can substitute with shredded cheddar or Monterey Jack.
  • 2.25 oz sliced black olives
  • 1 cup roma tomatoes Chopped for garnish.
  • 1/2 cup green onions Chopped for garnish.

Preparation

  • In a large serving dish, spread the refried beans on the bottom as the first layer.
  • Next, add a layer of guacamole.
  • Spread the sour cream mixed with taco seasoning over the guacamole.
  • Add the chunky salsa as the fourth layer.
  • Sprinkle shredded lettuce over the salsa.
  • Add fiesta blend cheese on top of the lettuce.
  • Garnish with sliced black olives, chopped roma tomatoes, and green onions.

Notes

Serve this dip with crunchy tortilla chips or fresh veggies for dipping. Best if assembled right before serving for freshness. Store any leftovers tightly covered in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. Layers may lose freshness after a day.
